The organizational structures behind the activities around “art & moving images” got a new name in 2005, eg. artvideoKOELN international forming at the same time the operating system for all artistic, curating & netwirking activities created, directed & curated by Wilfried Agricola de Cologne in the framework of “The New Museum of Networked Art.
Acting within a global network of partners, i.e. festivals, cultural institutions, curators and artists, artvideoKOELN international is coordinating its curatorial actibities in the context of “CologneOFF – International Festival Network” – http://ipf.newmediafest.org – incorporating CologneOFF – Cologne International Videoart Festival, 1 minuteCOLOGNE – Cologne One Minute Film Festival, animateCologne – Cologne Art & Animatioon Festival and exDox – experimental documentary film festival, and the curatorial platform VideoChannel and inorporated projects like VIP _ VideoChannel Interview Project, VAD _ Video Art Database, AND _ Artists Network Database, but also the ambitional Collective Trauma Film Collections (CTF) – featuring Shoah Film Collection (SFC) & Cambodia 1975-1979, and the activities around A Virtual Memorial International Center for Commemorative Interventions (AVMCI)
CologneOFF – Cologne International Videoart Festival was celebrating in 2014 its 10th anniversary.

He had more than 100 solo exhibitions in cooperation with 80 museums in Europe, South America and USA, he is participating since 2000 in more than 500 media exhibitions and festivals around the globe. His media art works received numerous prizes and awards.
